All prices on Deluxx Deals are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). If you’re shopping from outside the U.S., your payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency based on their exchange rates.

The Deluxx Deals store is powered by the WooPayments platform, allowing us to securely accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Yes, a shipping discount of $10 per extra item is automatically applied when you add more than one item to your cart.
For example, if you have added two items that alone ship for $15 each, you will pay only $20 for combined bulk shipping rather than $30.

Our system is currently only shipping to Canada and the United States.  

For other countries, please email us for a shipping estimate.

We do not ship to APO/FPO locations.

All Deluxx Deals packages are shipped with tracking numbers, which you will receive via email once the item has been shipped.

As soon as we receive your order, we start to package the item. This is completed within the same day the order is placed. Once payment is received, we apply the shipping label and ship the item as soon as possible, on either the same or next business day. Most customers receive their items within 2-9 business days.

Shipping costs vary depending on the dimensions of the product purchased, as well as the destination of the shipment. The shipping fee will be disclosed during checkout after the shipping address is entered. We always choose the most efficient shipping method available, always balancing cost with delivery speed.

Small/Medium packages generally range from $6.50 – $14.99.

Medium/Large packages range from $14.99 – $36.25.

Extra Large or Heavy packages range from $47.25 – $150.

Deluxx Deals Inc. Return Policy

Effective Date: Feb 11, 2025

1. Returns Accepted

Deluxx Deals will accept returns only if the product received is not as described in the product listing. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.

2. Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

3. Return Conditions

• Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
• No Modifications: The item must not have been altered or tampered with in any way.
• Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice is required.

4. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support: Contact Deluxx Deals customer support at info@deluxxdeals.com to initiate a return, with subject line “Return Request”.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: You will be provided with a unique RA number.
3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the package.
5. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by customer support.
6. Shipping Costs: A prepaid label will be provided.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Deluxx Deals will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item.

6. Exceptions

Deluxx Deals reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet the return conditions.

7. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify Deluxx Deals customer support within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and processing a replacement or refund.

By placing an order with Deluxx Deals, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We take the utmost care when packaging your purchases so that they survive the journey. However, on the rare occasion that shipping damage occurs, we will accept a return of the product and provide a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

The products come in a variety of states. Some items are brand new. Most are open box, in like-new condition. Sometimes items will be lightly used.
The condition of the item is explained in the listings, especially if there is anything significant to note. Our item pictures also show the state of the product.
