Deluxx Deals Inc. Return Policy

Effective Date: Feb 11, 2025

1. Returns Accepted

Deluxx Deals will accept returns only if the product received is not as described in the product listing. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.

2. Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

3. Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • No Modifications: The item must not have been altered or tampered with in any way.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice is required.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Contact Deluxx Deals customer support at info@deluxxdeals.com to initiate a return, with subject line “Return Request”.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: You will be provided with a unique RA number.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the package.
  5. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by customer support.
  6. Shipping Costs: A prepaid label will be provided.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Deluxx Deals will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item.

6. Exceptions

Deluxx Deals reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet the return conditions.

7. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify Deluxx Deals customer support within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and processing a replacement or refund.
